Randolph Dolph Jackson
I was raised by a supportive family consisting of my grandmother, mother, aunts, and uncles, and I am grateful to all of them for instilling values like love, discipline, accountability, and the drive to constantly improve. Special thanks go out to Lillian Jackson, my grandmother, Martha Smith, my caring mother, Ethel May Douglas, and Joyce Harris, my aunts.
My passion for sports ignited at a young age as I relished watching a variety of sports on TV, ranging from football (both college and professional), basketball, tennis, boxing, wrestling, Formula One racing, NASCAR, swimming, track and field, to baseball – I enjoyed them all. What drew me deeper into the world of sports were the insightful analysts who excelled in explaining, teaching, and commentating on sporting events. Two iconic figures who inspired me were Brent Musberger from The NFL TODAY on CBS, famous for his catchphrase "You Are Looking Live," and the legendary Keith Jackson of ABC College Football, known for his exclamation "WHOA NELLIE." Their work motivated me to pursue a similar path. In a time before the internet, newspapers, sports magazines, and shows like Sports Illustrated and Athlon Sports were my primary sources of sports news and insights.
Driven by my passion and enthusiasm for sports, I established THE COME ON IN SPORTS NETWORK to share my love for sports reporting. What was once a dream has now become a reality, and we are just at the beginning of this exciting journey. I welcome you to join me on this adventure as we embark on this thrilling ride together. The doors are open, so come on in and be a part of it.

Zachary Bell
My name is Zachary Bell, and I am what I like to call a sports “fanalyst. Growing up in a surrounding city of New Orleans, Louisiana, sports have always been a major part of my life. From a young age, I was heavily involved in a variety of organized sports, including baseball, basketball, and football. As I grew older, my love for sports flourished. There was never a day growing up that my friends and I were not competing in some type of sports competition. Whether it was a 2v2 basketball tournament, light post to light post football in the streets, or playing baseball in an open lot.
My love for sports did not end by simply just playing them, but learning the intricacies of each sport is what grabbed my passion. At the age of 9 years old, I was gifted a subscription to sports illustrated kids, and I learned about all my favorite athletes, their stories and much more. This led me to becoming a student of the game; studying the stat sheets in the newspaper, learning how to coach my younger friends on how to play and get better, constantly watching SportsCenter, Pardon the Interruption, Around the Horn and being active on my favorite sports teams’ fan websites. I became so active and knowledgeable that professional sports analysts thought that I worked in the same field, but little did they know I was a mere 11 years old. This was around the same time that I started calling play by play coverage of games over the phone to a friend of mine who could not watch. My sports fandom grew to a place I could not imagine the year my favorite team, the New Orleans Saints, won their first Superbowl. From that day forward, I chased that high, that feeling, and that emotion, I knew I wanted to be involved in the sports world, like all my sports heroes growing up.
J-Hitz
Born on January 27, 1977, in El Dorado, AR, J-Hitz developed a deep passion for sports from a young age. His older brother instilled in him a love for football especially for the Dallas Cowboys, as they would walk to their aunt house to watch games since they couldn't catch them on tv in their area in 1985. J-Hitz's family moved to pleasant grove, an inner-city community in Dallas, TX allowing him to finally call the city’s favorite team home.
At the age of 11 he began engaging in organized youth sports. With baseball and football becoming his preferred choices. Embracing fatherhood early on J- Hitz set aside his athletic aspirations to be a guiding figure and mentor for his son. He took on coaching roles for his son’s baseball and football teams. J-Hitz cherishes spending time with his loved ones, enjoying barbeques where he has earned several awards for his culinary skills. Together with his best friend C-ROB, J-Hitz hosts the Hit-Zone, a weekly podcast that delves into the world of sports, focusing on the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Longhorns and more. Carlos

From an early age I had the gift to understand, play, and call sports. Growing up I was a multi-sport athlete and excelled in football and basketball. My passion for sports comes from my mother who was an exceptional track and volleyball star.
I am the creator and founder of UNeducated Sports Talk which I established in 2017. I do Live play by play and commentary on live major North American sports and talk on sport related topics.
My channel led me to the path of meeting awesome people and along the way teaming up with a great group of people to start the Come On In Sports Network! Jeremy Grethel
I am currently a PE teacher, but before I moved to education, I was an entertainment and sports reporter for the Roswell Daily Record in Roswell, New Mexico. Yes, that Roswell.
Sports has always been my passion, but far and away football is my jam. I am a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan, having been lucky enough to have season tickets growing up from 1996 to 2004 when I went to college at Arizona State. My dad and I have been to 17 of the 32 stadiums to watch the Bills play, with a goal of watching them in every one.
I may be a Bills fan, but I am a football fan first and am base my takes on what I see, not the hot-button topic of the day. Watching the All-22 on NFL + following Sunday's games is how I help form my opinions.
What I hope to bring to the table is a driving passion for the "why" and "how" of football. It is a beautiful sport because you can take what you want from it. You can just consume the games and be happy, or you can deep dive into strategy, patterns, etc. Wherever you fall on the football fan spectrum, I hope you make me and Come on In Sports a part of your football intake regimen.
GO BILLS!
